By Train and bus

From Chatham you can get the Dover Priory train to Canterbury East . You then need to take number 24 bus to Chartham Beech Avenue and get off at Ingoldsy Road. 

The Journey usually takes around 1 hour and the centre is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.

From Ashford International  you can get the Ramsgate Train to Chartham, then get the number 24 bus and get off at Ingoldsby  Road . 

From Folkestone Central you can get the London Charing train to Ashford International. 

From Ashford International you can get a train to Chartham ( see above ). You also get the X1 bus direct to Ingoldsby Road and walk for 3 minutes to Thanington Resource Centre.

The car park at the Centre belongs to Canterbury City Council and is operated on a first come first served basis. Occasionally it is over-subscribed and some of you may have to park on the estate, along Thanington Road .

There are blue badge spaces available. 

Please do not park around the gate area or in the space for emergency services.
